Plan with clarity
What to Confirm
The guest maximum is a starting point. Ask your selected hall how its layout, rental terms, and facilities will work for your event.
- ✓ Layout and timing: Confirm seating, room for dancing and a DJ, event hours, and vendor setup access.
- ✓ Food and prep space: Outside food and caterers are permitted. Atlantis, Medina, and Ridgewood have prep kitchen areas with sinks and running water; they are not commercial kitchens and have no gas line, stove, or warmer.
- ✓ Entrance and parking: Ridgewood Hall’s front entrance has five steps. Discuss mobility needs and confirm parking arrangements for the hall you choose.
- ✓ Written total: Request an itemized quote confirming the base rate, sales tax, cleaning fee, required security, deposit, and any selected services. Ask about bartender service if alcohol will be served.
